1. How does Spam Assault! work?

Spam Assault! uses multiple strategies to identify and remove SPAM:
  1. Block an unlimited number of email addresses
  2. Block an unlimited number of domains
  3. Filter out key SPAM words (e.g. Free, Bankruptcy, Weight, etc.)
  4. Automatically delete emails with bogus Reply To addresses (only works if Port 25 is not blocked by your ISP)
  5. Send Ghost (Undeliverable Mail) Messages to the SPAM originator telling them your email address is invalid.


2. How does Spam Assault! keep from deleting valid messages?

Spam Assault! maintains a Save List of valid addresses. Each time you receive a message from a valid sender mark it for the Save List. Any future email from that address will be automatically saved, regardless of any "filtered" content.

3. How effective is Spam Assault!?

Spam Assault! will remove about 90% of SPAM within two weeks of daily usage! If you activate Ghost Messaging, you should stop receiving SPAM altogether.

4. Do I have to be a computer genius to use Spam Assault!?

Spam Assault! is as easy as 1, 2, 3:
  1. Connect to POP3 Host
  2. Mark messages to be Blocked, Saved, or Deleted
  3. Execute actions


5. How does Spam Assault! interact with my current Email program?

Spam Assault! will close itself and open your default Email program at the click of a button.
